Our Venue-Only Rental gives you exclusive access to the main floor of 6544 Main Events — a clean, modern, and climate-controlled space right in the heart of Cass City. • Private Use of Main Venue: Enjoy exclusive access to the lower level for the entire day.  
• Tables & Chairs Included: Ready when you arrive — no extra rental fees.  
• Restrooms & Water Station: Convenient and complimentary for all guests.  
• Complimentary Setup Time: Decorate and arrange your space before the event at no additional cost.  
• Flexible Catering: Bring your own food and desserts or hire any caterer you prefer.  
• Kitchen & Cooler Access: Use of prep area, sink, refrigerator, and storage space.  
• Bar Area Access: Full bar setup available for serving drinks.  
• Commercial Ice Machine: Keep beverages cold and stocked all day.  
• Lighted Paved Parking Lot: Safe and convenient parking for you and your guests.  

Staffing & Bar Service

• You may bring your own staffing, or we can provide staff for an additional fee.  
• If beer, wine, or liquor will be served, at least one 6544 Main Events bar staff member must be hired. 
• You may add your own additional bartenders if desired, but a minimum of two bar staff is required for any event serving alcohol.  
• Rules regarding outside drinks, beer, or spirits must be followed and will be reviewed prior to booking.
